Train

If you go by rail, get off the train at Brussels Central Station. Make sure you take the passage to the underground at the right of the ticket office. Take the last exit right in front of the underground, 'Kolonieénstraat'. Outside, turn left up the hill. Follow until the Koningsstraat-junction, turn left.
